Oh what a year it’s been…

Became a dad.  Got peed on… twice, er, three times.  Learned how to change diapers.  Learned how to change poop-destroyed clothes.  Learned to swaddle, and sway, and soothe an upset baby.

Changed my priorities and started a blog.

Took a couple of small family vacations (Cape Cod, Massachusetts in the Summer and Mt. Washington, New Hampshire in the Fall).

Grew a great, big, fluffy beard.

Sold the condo.  Bought a house.  Moved… right before Christmas… with a not-quite 9-month-old… and a cat… in a snowstorm.

Oh, right, the snow.  I shoveled, and then shoveled some more, froze my tuchus off, and then went back to continue shoveling. It’s not that I don’t like the snow, it’s just that… no, wait, I hate it. Now that it’s the first week of April, I think I can breathe easy unless the snow gods have one last good prank up their sleeves.

Shaved off a great, big, fluffy beard for charity and raised a bunch of money to combat childhood cancers.

Took lots and lots and lots of pictures. 1,746 just of Ted.

Had my heart captured, forever and always, by the cutest little guy you ever did see.
